Important Notes:
Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item, including the packaging before RMA support can be processed. Use good lighting and capture images from a moderate distance to ensure the issue is visible. File sizes should be under 2MB for submission through the Help Center.
Once the returned item is received and confirmed as defective, we will refund the return shipping cost based on a valid receipt (e.g., if the price is USD 25, the same amount will be refunded). If our technical team determines the item is not DOA (Dead on Arrival), Oem Web Resolve will not reimburse the return shipping fee. Refunds for return shipping without a valid RMA receipt will not be accepted.
7-Day DOA Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or non-functional item, contact our Help Center for RMA support within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive the defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost (return shipping fees will also be reimbursed). If you prefer not to receive a replacement, you can request a full refund.
10-Day Defective Product Policy
For certain items, if a defect is identified within 10 days of delivery, you can return the item for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will not be covered for these cases.

Credit Card Refunds: Depending on your card provider, they typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.
